A man called from 347-790-0729 and said he was David Moore who had previously set me an Official looking E-mail that said it was from Publisher Clearing House and that I had won Five Million Dollars. He sounded very official asked me to check my e-mail again as had e-mailed me 10 pages of information including a letter from the Better Business Bureau. He called me several times over two days. I had recently purchased something from PCH so it seemed official. Their catch is that they say that because the Award is so much money, over $3,800,000.00, you have to pay them a FDIC insurance fee of $6,989.00 up front that they will forward to the FDIC so they know it has been sent, before you can receive and cash the award check. They also mention names who are actual PCH employees. A very elaborate fraud.
