Got a call from this number on my cell phone and a message was left regarding my ticket number winning a huge lottery. I may live in Oklahoma but not all of us are "okies"!!

On 9/8/21 this number left a robocall voice mail claiming to be "a state agent of the US Dpt of the Economic Impact.. to inform those who owe back taxes about the new zero tax debt forgiveness program that is now open for enrollment [..] allows you to significantly reduce or eliminate altogether your federal back taxes. Call me back on my state assigned number 380-888-0984" I'd venture to guess this is a scam as I couldn't find any press releases mentioning a "federal tax forgiveness".
