From 351-208-9440, It was a male voice giving me an advice for an update on my federal loans, which are currently being handled by an external agency and NOT by Nelnet or any of the agencies on the recording.
It was a female voice giving me an update on my federal loans; I paid off my loans in 2012.
Called and left a voicemail saying that my warranty for my vehicle was up for renewal and that i have $1000 rebate and oil change package package. My car has a warranty with Kia and doesn't require a renewal. This is bogus and I will not be calling back the 800 number they left to call back. Instead I will be calling Kia and inquiring about it.
Very rude gentleman called and stated he was calling for a warranty on a vehicle I do not own. When I told him this he called me a bxxxx. Called back asked for a supervisor and he said he could help I said no I want a supervisor. He this called me a bastaxx.
