Seems like the URL "cuckoos' egg approach--buying up expired URLs the second one in use goes stale, and then the Net Cuckoo plants its eggs in the expired URL and offers to sell it back to you for hundreds or thousands on the dollar. Of course, it's your fault if you let your URL expire and you had intended to keep it alive.
SCAM! The IRS will never call you like this. Plus, the foreign-sounding people with American names is a big tipoff. I hade free time and kept them on the line before they could scam unsuspecting Americans.

it seems like all these comments are from today.. i just got the same call. When I called back you can't get through or it hangs up... How did you know this was spam?
