call my mobile phone at 7:15 a.m. Left a message stating that he was in the neighborhood and saw my property and wanted to buy it, cash. says he's a real estate investor, but I doubt if he'd be calling a property owner that early in the morning before sunrise! Also, I own several properties and he did not even mention an address!
