I don't know who they are, there is never a message. I don't know anybody in Oak Harbor. They have called five times with no message. Most of the time when I am not at home. The number they use is 360-323-2712.

I think it's a robo call that asks you can you hear me to get you to say Yes and to use that at a later scam. Never ever say yes to anyone that calls..Ask them a question or say loud and clear or even just say no!
3 calls today just say " this is Dave calling on a recorded line for an estimate," then they disconnect.
