Got a call from this number the guy was rude after I told him not to call me again. Called me 12 times more this time he was screaming in a foreign language

Called to offer me lower insurance rates. Told them I was on the do not call list, they hung up

360-859-9312 called a little after 8am. He had my husband's first name and asked for him. He said he was with "garbled word" Insurance. His accent was so thick, we couldn't understand him. My husband answered in French, the man hung up.
