361-491-3402 called 1 Feb 2022 at 9:51am. Car Warranty SCAM. Vm Needed to call her back at 888-383-9175 today to keep my file open about the factory warranty on my vehicle. Same call last week from Barbara."
My 10 year old son answered our landline and decided (for unknown reasons) to see how long he could draw out his helloo...Unfortunately for the caller, he has big lungs and his hellooo went on for awhile. Must have frustrated this poor person because they told him he should be reported to the police for answering the phone like that. The number I traced back was 361-491-2580. I blocked the number although I am not sure they would want to call back.
The woman called offering to sell me a warranty on my car. I told her this was a scam and she asked why she wasn’t in handcuffs then. I hung up and called the number back and there were just chimes ringing and then it disconnected.
