Said I owed $12K from 2004. She would not listen to me at all. Said they sent several letters to my address but I have never received them. She wanted it taken care of while on the telephone with her today, which I would not do. She threatened me that if I didn't take care of it today it was a refusal, which it wasn't a refusal. I DO NOT recall this debt from 2004 nor is it on my credit report.
