Tired of getting unsolicited text messages from people like this, pretending to be individuals. "Hi, this is Dean, are you selling your house?!" "Hi this is Alvin" "Hi this is Terry." They are an investment company spamming people under false pretenses. Companies like this are buying up regular houses across the country and then rent them out as tyrant landlords, depriving the middle class of the opportunity to accumulate wealth and screwing up the housing market. This company in particular is Utah's Fast Cash Buyer.
Did not recognize caller so I did not answer. No message left. Now blocked.
Just got a voicemail from a person named John. He said he just bought property near mine and looked up my number online and wanted to buy it for cash and pay for closing costs.
Scam call - I let call go to VM and a guy left a message claiming he bought a property next to mine and would like to put an offer on my property. Looks like same scam others are having.
