Got unwanted call from 386-213-8584?
Calls everyday usually hangs up with no message........now the calls come and end with a message just a man's voice laughing....blocking again!
He had a Spanish-type accent. He had my husbands name and wanted to know if I could change something on an account. He was polite and very smooth talking. He began to talk right away and I said nothing so he hung up.
Woman stated that she was from Comcast/Xfinity and wanted to know if I was a user and and authorized to give out information on the account. She kept telling me I was not authorized to be on the account.
Says they are comcast and said the "HAD" to confirm my name before they could tell me why they were calling. She also gave her last name, which comcast customer service employees do not do for security reasons.
