spam calls over 100 per month. Who can stop these people

This number is where they are selling affordable care insurance. I came in from the weekend and had 154 calls. I just sat in a meeting at my office and the phone rang back to back at least 5 times, this is in addition to all the calls throughout the day from this number. I have asked several time that they not call the person they are asking for apparently gave the wrong number when inquiring about insurance. Pissed off after over a year of this nagging phone assault I started dialing calling and not saying anything. After about 5 or 6 dials, they seem to have blocked my calls. Had I known I would have done this months ago. But, I will wait and see if they will start back tomorrow.
