How do you report to the FCC? Constant calls from 401-216-1388 twice a day. I'm on the Do Not Call, have a non-published number and have Nomorobo. It rings once and Nomorobo blocks it. However, this is beyond annoying!! I don't know anyone in Woonsocket, RI. I refuse to answer any call that I don't recognize. I've worked in the telephony world and some of these clowns are taking voice prints. I tried to look it up via these "services" and am not giving you my credit card number for some "trial".
