Somebody called this person from 401-307-6715 and this person does not know anybody at that telephone number yet and the person did not speak when this person picked up the phone call and the person did not text and it could have been a scam phone call or something or somebody trying to reach somebody else maybe

The phone rang with the 401 307 0084 caller ID. I did NOT say hello but I answered with Oh No, another f××ing scam call. Fu×× you. They hung up in a few seconds after that.
The robocall message stated the following: "I have an order for you and it looks like for two pending matters now unfortunately since I am unable to reach you by phone I may attempt to reach you at your home and/or your place of employment. You and your attorney or legal representation have the right to contact the client directly to resolve. However, if you are located you may forfeit this right. You may reach the office at 651-383-8381 and referenced file number GHL51blahblahblah. You have been officially notified. Good luck."
