Got a call saying this was their final attempt and they were “going forward “ since they haven’t heard from “my defense “. Lol
Called my place of business trying to collect a debt that was charged off in April of 2013. Threatened to pursue Garnishment of wages.
The account they are trying to collect on is for American Signature Furniture that was charged off April 9th, 2013. 7 years after later???
They said I owed a medical bill and needed to submit debit info to avoid being served by Dekalb county for unpaid ER bill.
They called me and left a message saying they had mad several attempt to reach me and could not . Because of that they are threaten to sue me. They claim to be a collection agency by the name of Local Collection. They left a threat on my phone
