Confirming your report. I live in Maryland and Friday afternoon May 14, 2021, the same number 404-709-3616, and same woman's name 'Christian Clay' saying in a very urgent and anxious voice -"There is a suspicious charge made on your account, please call us back as soon as possible!". The customer service line at SunTrust is not staffed by a person at this hour Mon May 15, 2021, Yet I will inform them they need to phone federal legal authorities and take criminal investigative action into the account holder of the person or business using the Sprint Spectrum account for 404-709-3616.
Fraud Fraud Fraud. She says she is from SunTrust but will not return my calls. Her name is Christian Clay.
Also got a call from this number claiming to be from SunTrust Fraud Department. I called SunTrust from the number on their website instead of this one and they informed me that there were no suspicious transactions flagged on either of my cards.
