My AT&T Mobile Security app blocks this phone number 4-5 times a day for the past two weeks (another was blocked as I was typing this). No voicemail is ever left. Will be reporting to FTC and FCC for federal complaint and with local law enforcement for Texas PC 42.07(a)(4) Harassment.
My phone is listed in a No-call list, but they keep calling with robot call.
I have received no less than 4 calls daily from this number for the last week asking me to call them immediately regarding a very important matter.
