This is either US Anesthesia or debt collector for them. The female starts with asking you to confirm your address and name (DON'T DO IT) and regardless of whether you answer or not starts in about the US Anesthesia Bill. In my case (1st call) I had just received their bill 2 days earlier in the mail and was finishing my cancer treatment that week. I was "controlled" with my responses. Pay the bill about a week later and lo an behold I get another bill in the mail about 2-3 weeks after that. I check and the payment cleared 2-3 days prior to the 2nd notice -no big deal. Next day its another phone call from same female -not "controlled" this time. explicitly told her never to call me again and that the payment had cleared 1-2 days before. Informed her if there was another call we would be meeting in court.
