Used my first name as if they knew me. I didn't want to hear what they were selling.
they called and left no message but while the message was playing they called out my first name as if they knew me. no message.
Shows as "BCHC" on my caller ID. Also Calls under 407-630-5930. Never a msg left.
Tricai called and said her buyer, Ben, wants to buy my property for cash. When asked she said her buyer found my property listed for sale somewhere and asked her to work on it. She searched up my public record and found my name & phone number and called me to present buyers offer to me. She kept asking questions about my property. I got spooked. I ready on newspaper about the scam where property is being sold and bought by complete strangers and property owner only comes to know of these scam when new buyer/scammer serves eviction notice to the actual owner/occupier. Stay Alert!
Called about my property. Said her boss Ben was an investor. Stated not interested in selling my home is that what she wanted. She stated yes. Again asked if I wanted to hear her offer. I stated no. She asked why. I stated I am not moving and hung up.
