Got a call from them from someone who could barely speak English. They said they were from Humana and wanted to discuss my medications, then asked for my birthdate. I told them I would not answer their questions over the phone and they would need to contact me by mail, and that my medications were between me and my doctor. I felt like it was a scam call.
They called asking to do a survey on a recent medication I was prescribed but did not say which one. They asked for my birthdate and location. If they had my medical history they would have already had that information. I told them I would not answer their questions. I believe it’s a scam. It came out of Orlando FL. No distinct accent.
Keep calling me attempting to discuss my medications but I get my medication from the Dept of Veteran Affairs. So they need to stop before I get very reckless with my mouth and words.
Similar experience to complaint above. I also reported caller/number to FCC. Man (or men) call fishing for information. Makes threats such as "You will never be able to use your laptop again." Claims he can work wonders for me; protect my identity, laptop, email, etc., from scammers." He is the scammer. He makes harrassing calls; calls repeatedly if I don't answer. I have made it clear I will not do business with him or his company. Has Asian accent: English not his first language. Perhaps Indian.
BEWARE! ASIAN(S) TRYING TO SCAM. I HAVE BEEN HARRASSED BY CALLER CLAIMING TO WORK FOR MICROSOFT WINDOWS. I am reporting attempted scam to FTC.
Constantly getting calls from the 407-777-2802 number badgering about a false account owed but NEVER had an account with them. I don't have a computer in order to have need of their product. Roger Martin is RUDE and threatening person. Constantly fishing for information, including my name. What!!!!! How can I have an account without a name!! - SCAM!!!!
I work for a small law firm in Virginia. I received a call today from a gentleman claiming to be Donohue Brown w/ Discover at this number, 407-777-4598. In the beginning, he sounded very professional. He asked that I run a code through our credit card machine to update it for Discover. (Big ole red flag!) I commented that I was not comfortable with that and asked that he provide documentation. I confirmed his name. He was reluctant to give that to me. He asked for my email, which I gave him. He claimed he would send documentation and follow up with a return call. To date, I have received neither.

The caller identified himself as Brandon, no distinct accent, from Enhanced Medication Services calling on behalf of Wauka Mountain Pharmacy. The purpose of the call, as disclosed by Brandon at the beginning of the call, was to verify the medications I am currently being prescribed are not causing any issues such as forgetting to take them, or having difficulty getting to the pharmacy to pick them up. I asked him to hold, he agreed, while I got the Owner/Pharmacist on the line. She denied any contract in place with Enhanced Medication Services to assist with medication management and compliance or anything else. When I asked for a call back number, the line was disconnected leaving myself and the Pharmacist on the line.
