I'm getting the same phone calls but I've talked to some one on the phone. Does anyone know what it means?

Voicemail left on my work phone: My name is Sarah Williams that I have been instructed to reach out to you in regards to an order location issue date to the business for one of your employees by the name of xxxx. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reach anyone by phone, so understand. We're looking to receive any sort of protocol or any instructions that can be followed. Upon arrival of location and its point I will document that I did attempt to advise you all of the order at hand. And if if it you all wish to provide any protocol prior to the arrival of location. You may do so by contacting the proceedings office just fell in this case to xxxx county. The telephone number for their office is 18669980924. I would also provide your Dean's case, number is xxxx. Now I do apologize for any inconvenience this may call to the business. However, we will proceed with the order of location it has been issued for xxxx to the premises.
