I received a phone call at 12:23 p.m. on April 2nd 2021. "Your Social Security Number has been compromised in Texas". "The District Attorney is trying to solve this matter to protect you, press 1 to confirm it was your Social Security Number compromised", I was instructed to do. Immediately I hang up the call but I will check my information to verify with the correct venues. This incident happened in CA.
Tried to say they were with PayPal and were trying to remote into my computer
