This phone number is being used by West Gate Properties to sell "vacations" and/or time shares. They do not care if your phone is listed on the "Do Not Call List" and will incorrectly tell you that you did business with them in the past and therefore they are exempt. They will call you every month or so regardless of their promise to take you off the call list.
