Got call from 409-908-4219 at 2:08am and said hello but no response
He said my first name and I asked who he was and he would not identify himself so I hung up.
No caller ID so I won't answer because I don't recognize the number. Constantly calling; every 30 minutes or so. But not leaving a message either.
Called three times in a row. When I finally answered and said speaking when they called me by name he hung up. Called them back and of course it says this was not a working number. Surprise !
Automated call, listens for voice and then pretends to ask you ask if you can hear. Responding at all (I responded with "Fraud desk what is your case number") and it starts another recording with fake call center background sounds that then makes the marketing pitch for a foundation for trooper charities FAKE. Violates TCPA by using recorded messages instead of a live caller on a "charity" call.
