Keeps asking for practice manager, will not speak to anyone else. Only wants to speak to some one who has authority to make 'executive financial decision'

They call every day. I tell them please stop calling. They say rudely they will when the owner tells them and hangs up. This is a waste of time talking to them we are a healthcare business and impedes our patients from getting through because of this nonsense
