Repeated calls from this number with caller ID showing MD State GOVT. Message normally silence, but once got a pesons stating the he was from the Maryland Dept of Health and left a call back number. Finally blocked the number.
Received calls on 8/25/21, 8/22/21, 8/18/21 (twice), 8/15/21, 8/12/21. Received a voicemail on 8/18/21 saying it was Sonya Cruz from Maryland Dept of Health to conduct an important study on the health of US residents. They would call again in the next few days to conduct the interview. Then they left a toll free number to call them back0 844-403-3933. I blocked them. Soliciting health information goes against HIPAA.
How nice they have called twice so far. June 1 2021 was last call. Stating MD health dept. Ya right. Doing a survey. okay. I have blocked this #. Do the same. SCAM in my mind,. Oh BTW tried to seem a little concerned asking if I was in a safe location to speak with them. 1st time I said I was driving and they hung up!! 2nd time I said was trying to eat my dinner and I hung up.
I have gotten calls from this number claiming to be from the Maryland Health Department. But I have never had dealings with them, and they wouldn't have my number, so I consider it a scam
got 3 calls from the same number of (716) 268-8981 in less than 2 minutes. I hang up the first time; then, 2nd time, and finally I had to unplug my phone line. This is totally harassing
Caller ID fraudulently says Maryland Health Department and is a survey. Maryland local government numbers are 410-222-xxxx.
