They called and startled me with an urgent alert, inquired for additional details, then transferred me to the service department. However, they refused to provide any information. This situation is alarming and appears to be a scam.
I got billed for 652.02 and just found it on my end of month charge card. I haven't notified the credit union but will first thing Monday morning. no idea what I was billed for and cking telephone number founder complaints against this same company.
