So who exactly DOES own this number? The company listed here is a sub-company of IIRC AT&T. But I've ALSO seen the carrier being Leap Wireless (DBA Cricket) and Verizon Business! At any rate, the caller ID said -- I KID YOU NOT! -- "PROBABLY FRAUD" (!) The two big companies have been reported -- along with the number -- to the Federal DNC list (I hadn't seen the Leap connection at that point). And I'm now considering a class action lawsuit against BOTH Verizon and AT&T because of this BS, because they are flagrantly breaking that new federal law that they JUST agreed to follow!
