It's a solicitation call but they don't want to tell you at first why they're calling. They were trying to reach my ex-husband so I just hung up. Then I called the number back wondering if it might be something important and the call didn't go thru so obviously it's a tele-marketer or scammer not wanting to be contacted.

Finally decided to answer after many attempts to call me over last couple weeks that I have ignored. Call is from a solar energy company looking for roofs on which to site panels. We'll see if they got the point that my number is to disappear from their call list.
