Got unwanted call from 415-275-5626?
Same number calls me every day at the same time, 12:13 a.m. I went to blue shields website and it says that usually, unless you pre-authorized or are expecting them to call you, that they normally won't.
415-275-5626 These people had my child’s name! These calls are getting out of hand!!!!
Got a call and unfortunately I verified my kid's name. It went into how it is important to schedule a checkup and whether I had done that (all robot speak). I hung up after that but continue to get calls from this number.
I received the same type of call today and they knew my childs name. I am a Blue Shield subscriber so i called customer service and they directed me to their PRIVACY DEPT. Whether you are a BS subscriber or not, the fact they have our children's name means there was a significant data breach and these calls should be reported to Blue Shield and the FTC. The BS Privacy department can be reached at 888-266-8080.
SCAM ignore and report
I got the exact same call today.
Also got call from 415-275-5626 claiming to be Blue Shield with a number to call back. "It will be quick" they said. Knew child's name and claimed to have important information.
Same here, they left a message with an 800 number and I dialed the 800 number and it was a customized number for my child, and it asked for birthdate and I hung up, very scary.
