Apparently Bandwidth.com is the new Level 3 Communications (home to spammers). Either that or their security and due diligence are garbage. Got a hangup call from this number which came up as "Potential Spam". Caller didn't wait for the answering machine message to finish playing.
Three calls today from ?(415) 604-9849?. Silence. No one there. No one answers back.
