Another lady called from the "Volunteer firefighter association" didn't say her name or from what state or city. Asking about my donation they haven't received yet. And wanted to help me with honoring my pledge. I told her no thank you. Said she could except all most every credit card or check or gift cards. I've heard it all before many times.
Call to say my amazon acct is frozen, call back to confirm account or it wiill be locked.
She asked for me ny first name. I sais Who's calling? She said "Pharmacy services." When I said I can take a message, she hung up!
They are trying to sell me some pain. And acted like a dr office til the end of the call. They them I'm not intetested and to cancel. They hang up me. Called back and hung up on me again. This is some kind of scam.
They will call you identifying as "Medical Services Group" (but if you google this name, it shows up as a company in Baltimore, and yet they call from a number with 415 area code?!). The caller had foreign accent and said he's calling about a prescription that may/may not be eligible for insurance. When asked what this call is about and what the caller's role is, he was very vague in response, so I kept pushing and he just hung up. No legitimate business would end the call abruptly like this, only scammers do!!!
Medical Srv Group scam Originated from marketing group promo for $1000 Amazon card.....If you don't recognize the number, then block it! they are finding both cell and home phone info. BEWARE! SCAMMERS!!!!!!
