message repeated the number twice 4157894295 then the recording stated "deliberate ignorance of this message will be considered intentional non appearance" I have no idea what this message was trying to say....
Received a call from this number at a Public Library. I returned the call to say that this was a library & not an individual and the guy got Very weird and hung up.
