Recorded message telling me to call back about several complaints filed against me.. just hung up and didn't listen anymore

Her name is Amber. I've blocked her several times and even hit #1 to be taken off the list. She calls me at least 5-7 times a day
This guy claimed to be Joe asking if I could hear him OK. I was very careful NOT to say the word yes. The call was disconnected. I called the number back and got the same spiel and I gave a few vague answers again never saying yes and eventually heard a recording that I have been successfully added to their do not call list. They are going to give me a free Bahamas cruise adn all I needed to do was tell how good it was. They asked if I coudl do that and I said I needed more details.
They will call multiple times a day even if you select option 1 to opt out
