It said Whitehorse, Ohio on caller ID I did not answer , the answer machine answered and they hung up
Local number is voip. Call back and connects you with off shore telemarketers. Asked where they got my number and explained calling cell phone for solicitation is against the law. They still rattled on their sales schmeel.
Couldn't pronounce my name. Told them to lose my number. Called back at least 3-4 times told me I was a shit head and my daddy and hopes all the bad things in the world happen to me. Sounded like the call center in the back ground but said he wasn't selling anything.
Robocall with partial message left. DO NOT press any number on your phone when they say to be taken off the call list. It will only CONFIRM your phone number as real. Just hang up.
They keep calling even when you tell them to take you off list.Take a horn to them.

Person was extremely rude. When I said I was still making my decision, she said "Well, your decision has already been made for you since this is your final notification." I said "well, since you are so friendly and nice, I don't ever want you to call again". Incredibly rude and just a horrible person.
