SCAMMERS! Spoofed number. Caller (Julie) is claiming to be from an organization called Helping Hands and is offering a free or heavily discounted vacation opportunity. The spoofed number happened to be from a friend so I unfortunately answered. When I asked if this was such an upstanding company why did they spoof my friend's phone number. The person promptly disconnected the call.
