I am on the Do Not Call Registry but keep getting calls from 423-442-3071. On my caller ID, it comes with the heading of VOICE MAIL over the number. The woman today was hateful and rudely hung up the phone in my face. I don't know who they are or what they want, but I am tired of their harassing telephone calls. How can I get them to stop?? Please help me identify who keeps calling from this number!!

Three phone calls one after another. All three called would not leave a message just sit there on my voice machine. I screen my calls if I am home. Please STOP these!!! 423-442-3071 and 423-468-6825 and 706-996-0668.
