He called where I work at and when he couldn't immediately speak to someone he said he just needed to die and did I know how rude it was to take his name and number and tell him someone will call him back.

Harassing and disrespectful to the callers of businesses. Claiming to sell hats but insults you for taking information so the management can call back. Very Unprofessional! He needs to be reported and fired!
