On 10/18/20 received 8 calls (so far). Showing call is from Apple Inc. Message states that there is a security problem with my ICloud.
On 10/18/20 received 5 calls within 1 hour. They left message on VM to press one for help? Shows Apple Inc calling.
A telemarketer or vishing attempt (voice phishing). They are spoofing a legitimate phone number meaning if you call back you won't get the person who called but a confused clerk. This number belongs to an Apple store but Apple would not call you from that number.
Same?Has called 4 times in 45 minutes. Everytime they leave a message about issues with our icloud account. Apple doesn't have our number. They will not stop calling.
My husband is a very sick men and needs lots of bed rest but these calls from this number keep calling every 25 mins. I don't turn the phone off because we get calls from his Doctors checking on his condition. This company needs to stop calling. If anything happens to him I will sue this company for Herestment.
Called repeatedly, approximately forty-five minute intervals , a female Robo voice identifying as Molly calling with Apple and instructing to press 1 for technical support, or 2.... I have heard this one before so I hung up before the message finished. I was able to block the number using call screening. I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT THE AUTHORIZED AGENCY SHUT THIS PHONE NUMBER DOWN AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST WHOEVER HOLDS THE CONTRACT FOR THE SERVICE; CLEARLY THEY ARE MAKING FRAUDULENT CLAIMS. Seriously, how many calls are too many. Surely, their phone service can be traced to a person or business. At the very least disconnect their cell service, they've made thousands of harassing calls from the same number.
7 calls 5-10 minutes apart --- caller identifies herself as Mollie from Apple Support reporting fraudulent activity on Apple Cloud account --- press 1 to speak with a rep press 2 to hang up pressed 2 6 times but calls kept coming -- on call 7 pressed 1 and man with accent said apple support how can i help you --- i replied you can help me you sob and the next time you call this number you will be speaking with the FBI --- he hung up after i called him an sob and i have not received another cll
