Caller recording and caller id claims to be la county department of social services. Caller disconnects immediately and when you call number back it does the same. Call shows up as “la county DPSS” then mysteriously changes to “el segundo.”
Called 3 times, left no message. Now I see by your other threads this is a fraudulent call.

It's a robocall, and I didn't listen to the whole thing because of that. They're essentially trying to get you to send them money saying if anyone 70 years old or older was overpaid in benefits, they need to pay it back. In essence, it's extortion by fear and coercion making you believe they're coming for you. Don't fall for this scam and block the number.
