Scammer (Nick) pretending to be broker from Whisper Real Estate in Bellevue, WA. Texted and left voicemail that was closely human, but definitely not a human. Note: Whisper Real Estate does appear to be a legitimate operation dealing with on- and off-market home sales in King and Snohomish Counties. Nobody by the name of Nick appears to be a broker there. Nor do any brokers have 425-549-#### numbers.
Also got a call from a real estate agent in Bellevue claiming a client wants to buy our home, which along with all the other posts here is not for sale.
Got a text from Nick asking me to offer my house for Market Value. He's asking about a house on 10721 NE 25th St in Bellvue that I don't even know about.
Nick from Bellevue, calling on behalf of a client who loves your neighborhood. Asked if I was interested in a full market offer for my house,
Same as the others, want to buy my house. I'm sure it'll be a pain and will ask for money at some point, but I will make him waste some time. He knows name and address, which means he checks property registrations.
'Nick' from Bellevue calling with a computer- generated vice saying people were interested in buying my home- even said the street- & to call him if I was interested. Home NOT for sale
Nick left several voice mails saying he’s a real estate agent in Bellevue and a client wants to put an offer on my house that’s not for sale.

Got two calls from this number left on our landline voice mail -- two different people. Didn't make a note of their names. One was male, one female, one claiming to be from Bellevue WA, the other from Carnation WA. Both wanted to buy our home, but neither spoke clearly enough to make out name of their real estate company. Did not respond.
