Called saying they are from The Olympian. A guy with a heavy Indian accent. Proceeded to do a sale pitch and trying to verified my zip code. I kept on saying no. Whatever question they asked i said no and ask for them to do not call me again. I told them my number is on the do not call list. The man was still trying to read from his script. I again told him to stop calling me. I finally told him for the 3rd time. Then i told him If he was from a legit company and are really from the Olympian. Then they should know not to call numbers that are on the do not call list. He then apologies and told me to have a good day. I was curious. So i called them back but blocked my number. Just to hear what and how they would answer the call. Instead, I got a voicemail saying
( Sorry we missed your call. If you are calling us because you got a miss call from this number please leave your name and number and we'll call you back. ) No where did i hear them saying the are from the Olympian in the recording when i called back. A legit company would have a voicemail indicating to people who they are calling with an option to enter an extension # to speak with a certain person or department. Especially if it was a big company like The Olympian. Again to the rest of the people that gets telemarketing calls never say ( yes ) If asked about things or personal info. They can record your voice saying (yes) to open credit cards or who knows what else. Be safe and be smart on who you talk to or with.
