This number calls me every single day.

I have gotten THREE calls from this number today. I pick up the phone and say "hello" twice with no response on their end. If this is a robocall PLEASE STOP. If this is a person trying to sell me something or a scam PLEASE STOP. When I get a call and answer the phone I expect someone to be on the other end.
