This is a scam asking to donate to some sort of a charity to help Law Enforcement Officers. I am a retired Police Officer and we never saw a penny from any organization that said they were collecting for us. If you want to donate do so to a reputable local charity. Not someone that calls you unsolicited on the phone.
This number calls me 8 times in a row every freakin day. They even called at midnight. Ridiculous
