Caller asked for Robert, I let her know Bob didn't own the company anymore. She asked for the owner. I asked if we had an account with them and she said yes. I asked what her company name is and she wouldn't tell me. She just kept asking for the owner, while I asked for their company name. She refused to give the business name so I hung up.
