Illegal sales ( ie scam ) call to DNC phone made by spoofing ( ie faking it on the caller id ) this disconnected ( " out of service " ) number to avoid being identified for the criminal acts just like a robber wears a mask .
These people call 3 to 4 times a day. sometimes more. Annoying. whatever they are selling , I don't want.
Would not speak, only recorded. If you call back, you receive the same recorded message. The WILL NOT hang up.
They keep calling my cell phone. I have the number blocked so every time they call it comes up as a blocked number. At least 3 times a week. This needs to stop!!!
