Calls repeatedly, leaves no message on recorder. Caller ID is YRNF -- Young Republican National Federation.
Got a call yesterday (6/11/2019) stating that if I didn't return the call "The police will be called and you will be arrested" I know enough to not give out any information by phone regarding our SSN but there are A LOT of folks don't know to verify all calls of this type. Is there anything that be done to these people trying to scam folks??
Received a call stating that unless I called back then a warrant would be issued for my arrest
Received a call about fraud with my social security number saying that if I didn't call them back that I would be arrested. Was a robo call and not a real person.

Calls appear to have a robo-voice in beginning, says their name is Emma from the Young Republican National Federation. I have an elderly grandmother and we have a recorder on the phone line for exact situations like this. The calls are unbelievable- they continuously try and prey on older people who have memory problems to get them to make donations. The put a ton of pressure on them during the phone call, even when the person they are calling- my grandmother in this instance- are clearly not in their right minds to make a decision. They continue to call even when asked not to. Thank goodness my grandmother doesn't have access to banking information, or they would have scammed her for all she's worth.
