The company is Cavadian Properties, they are located in Dallas Texas. They are bottom feeders looking for off market properties. They are unable to get business on their own so they continually harass people on the DNC looking for off market properties.
I called the number back, just in case it was legitimate. It kept me on hold and then put me through a voicemail. I'm a realtor, so I imagine like the note says above, it's callers calling for homes not on the market for flipping/investment purposes.
This number is calling agents asking for investment properties.
It says (coming from) Dallas, TX. Did not leave message. Googled the phone number and found this. I have blocked the phone number on my iPhone.
