He claims to be a pharmacy to supply pain medication, and he got mad , when I ask him details about it!. GET A JOB! scamming people is going to get back in Karma...for you and yours.
Received a call this morning from this number, and I said from the outset it did not seem legit. The female caller did not try to dissuade me from my claim NOR did she give her name or an employee I.D. number. I refused to provide any information and quickly ended the call.
It actually IS a Social Security legitimate number. They are just making sure it was YOU who was filling out the online information.
same same but her name was Donna w/ a 1-855-257-0067; 307-5060 {extension}
I had been calling the !-800-772-1213 for over 4 days.Continually, put on hold then disconnected. Eventually I was asked if I wanted a call back. I agreed with in one hour I received a call from Texas. The asked for My SS information and the person I was calling on behalf. After giving this information a person allegedly named Julie muted me and said " caller I cannot hear you, then said disconnect due to no response from party.." Now, I am certain my information has been compromised. What is wrong with the federal government concerning social security? How can issues such as this been ignored and continued. Should I believe its truly hackers?
I was expecting a call back from Social Security, but this number came through my caller ID without a name, so I didn't answer. I called the number and the recording does say it's the Social Security Administration, but to call the toll-free number. I suppose I'll just have to wait the 40 minutes to be sure I don't get scammed.
I live in Maryland, and I spoke to my local Social Security Office last week. They let me know that someone from the DC office would be contacting me. They also informed me that I may get a spam call with an unknown number, claiming to be Social Security. The following day while waiting for them to call, my phone rings with this number showing. I answered it, only because I was expecting other phone calls from other places. There was no one at the other end and I hung up. The same number called me back within a couple of hours, and I didn't answer my phone. Social Security called me back later in the day from a completely different number. I cannot prove it's a spam call because no one was on the other end when I answered, but from reading everyone's comments, I am pretty certain it was.
this mother F**ker called. I am going after him or her and ending them.
This is a legitimate Social Security number when you request a call back rather than waiting on hold for 40 minutes.
