Same as already stated previously. The female voice said 9 before phone number - out of country code possibly?

This call made me laugh...I loved how at the end it says "we hope to hear from u soon" anyways.... I got a voicemail from 469-729-4855 stating "theres a federal case pending on my s.s. number" blag blah blah...I would think this wouldn't need to be said but DO NOT give ur info to these people! The S.S. office will never call u! This is a scam! DONT give ur info away to someone over the phone!

this number called my underage brother. I called it back and asked them for their tax id number, man with a heavy accent asked me why i needed it and i said it was to verify that they were in fact SS Bureau. He told me he cannot provide it and hung up.

Same thing. Call came up marked “Potential Spam” by Verizon. They left a message claiming they are the US Treasury, said I am going to be arrested if I do not call them...these people are complete frauds.

Robo call regarding court appearance if I don't call back . Female voice gave a badge number.

Federal case pending on ss number from federal treasury. Said to call number back. Called back and live person with heavy accent said I'd reached SS headquarters. When I asked where they are located he said Baltimore, MD then hung up. Phone number is Texas area code.
